Before the spill

Neglect perceived somewhere 

Ripples to repercussions 

Over something else 

Comparison has an ugly head

Empathy sympathy mixed up 

Entertaining complaints & 

Dramatic display 

To mend matters

Backfires, cause setbacks 

Uphill battle to retrieve 

Goodness and harmony 

Relationships a casualty

Expectations extinguish 

Options to operate 

Reassess reality

Careless talk

Clouds clarity

Bears no fruit 

Wilts away life 

Drains energy

To recoup n recover 

Requires stillness

An empty page 

Silence the endless chatter

Each data input assessed

As a stand alone 

Not as add on 

To past baggage

Or preexisting notions 

Moment to moment

Reset the counter 

Clean the Slate
