all those things
we saw as abundant
rendered redundant
what once we could only imagine
now it has become so real
we can truly see and feel
we can live cooped in a cabin
the handbags and shoes
time spent on hairdos
the make-up and ties
we can say goodbye
what once we thought essential
has become so tangential
need a change in mindset
then no cause to be upset
home becomes haven
no need to be shaven
basics kick in
we can all live in
when the shoes are left out
like homes of the devout
find floors kept clean
cleanliness half of Deen
what if we ate on the floor
slept in the floor
comfort in simplicity
has it’s own dignity
