Crossroads or deadends

If Allah has brought us to this
Allah will take us through this

In life we reach new plateaux
Come thru good times n ghettos

And then what?
Which way do we turn

At the sea we arrive
(like Musa عليه وسلم).
Then panic n bewilderness
which way to turn

Seeming dead ends
Sometimes we see no bend

If Allah brings us to it
Allah will bring us thru it

New crossroads
New istikharas

New plateaux to reach
New horizons open up

New planning
New anticipation

Some trepidation
Some coming to the end

New life unfolds
New relationships to harness

Potentials and possibilities
endless
Openings and vistas
endless

Which way we turn
What pages of fate unfold

We set the stage
At which crossroad we turn

Ultimately is it all a dead end?
End of game or new beginning

Thru barzakh a new life
In the qabr another crossroad

Where we come from
Determines where we go

The turns in life
The choices churned

May we be carried thru
By Allah’s Grace
