Generic on the shelf I buy, 

Not one to fly high

Some feel blessed 

They believe brands are best

Get sucked in the marketing ploy

Think the haute couture gives joy

The top floor of the mall

Is where you find the best stall 

It is the brands and name

That gives value and fame

To feel fulfilled and good

When really worry we should

About the the One we need

Who’s good pleasure we plead

Worry about brands n quality 

Unplugged with reality

Whereas quality of Wudhu

And salaah with kushu n kudhu

Will earn me Falaah

Hopefully get me to jannah

So why not generic on the shelf 

Refrain from indulging myself
