Mostly weighs as better
Than what I have
How to change perceptions
Be glad with what’s yours
The slip and fall occurs
No matter how happy you were
Something always hits

If my life’s journey
Is about the rat race
Ensure I’m one step ahead
On something somewhere
Watching my back
To stay ahead on track
Forever chasing dunya
I need to be top brass
In acquisition of things
Best cruise, best trip
Even the umrah and hajj
Are a conversation piece
To cause envy n grief
Something to compare
It’s so clearly stated, look below
Compete only for goodness
Race for Allah’s rida
Be pleased with his decree
