In relationships no guarantees
Altercations to some degrees
When relationships sorted
Health may be thwarted
Need to be supported
Egos have to be aborted
The curved balls will come
To see what we become
Do we submit and succumb
Grow or be numbed
Opportunity for growth
Is the definition of ibtela
Is the calamity, the balaa
An opportunity for falaah
Do we deal with curved balls
Hear heaven’s calls
Sidestep the brawls
Avoid the pitfalls
Reassess and recalibrate
Retract and revaluate
Do we exaggerate
Or let anger evaporate
Know what values are a must
All else can chuck to rust
Staying true to the crux
